General Access

These towers are lightweight yet sturdy, featuring non-slip decking, full guardrails, and toe boards for enhanced safety. Assembly and dismantling are quick and efficient, requiring minimal space and manpower. Regular inspections and strict adherence to UK safety regulations ensure consistent reliability on every site.

Whether indoors or outdoors, our single-lift scaffold towers deliver secure elevated access without the complexity or cost of larger structures. Trust our access equipment services to provide clean, simple, and safe working platforms that support your maintenance needs reliably.

For a commercial property, our team carried out a gutter realignment using a single-lift scaffold tower. The scaffold provided quick and safe access to the affected roofline without disrupting business operations. Our engineers completed the works efficiently within the day, restoring proper drainage and preventing future water ingress—all achieved using a simple, compliant access solution ideal for light maintenance tasks.

Internal Access Platforms

Our internal access platforms provide safe, stable working solutions for indoor maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Ideal for high-level tasks such as lighting replacement, HVAC servicing, and decorating, these platforms are compact, easy to manoeuvre, and designed for minimal disruption in occupied or sensitive environments. Fully compliant with UK health and safety standards, they offer a secure alternative to ladders, reducing risk and improving efficiency for your team.

For a commercial client, our engineers used internal access platforms to safely carry out the replacement and servicing of emergency lighting throughout a multi-storey office building. The low-profile platforms allowed discreet access in occupied areas without disruption to staff or operations. All works were completed efficiently and in full compliance with health and safety regulations.

Traditional Tube & Fitting Scaffold

Our traditional tube and fitting scaffolding solutions are ideal for complex or bespoke access requirements, offering unmatched flexibility and strength. Supported by professional scaffold design drawings, these systems are tailored to suit structural layouts, unusual elevations, or specialist work areas. Fully compliant with TG20:21 and design regulations (e.g. BS EN 12811), our scaffolding is erected by CISRS-certified teams and includes design risk assessments and calculations to ensure safe, stable, and efficient access for short- or long-term use.

We provide full access for façade repairs across a multi-level office block. Due to the complex structure and varying roof lines, a custom tube and fitting scaffold was designed in accordance with TG20:21 and engineering drawings. Our team erected the scaffold with full perimeter handrails, brick guards, and loading bays, allowing safe access for stone repairs, repointing, and window maintenance. The design ensured compliance with site constraints while maintaining public and tenant safety throughout the project.

Temporary roofing case study

Temporary Roofing

Our temporary roofing solutions provide full weather protection for buildings undergoing refurbishment, roof replacement, or structural repairs. Using robust aluminium beams and shrink wrap or tin sheet coverings, these systems create a sealed environment, ensuring works can continue safely in all weather conditions. Designed in accordance with BS EN 12811 and scaffold design requirements, our temporary roofs are fully engineered and installed by qualified scaffolders, protecting your project, workers, and assets from delays and damage due to the elements.

Full roof replacement during winter months will require temporary roofing system using an aluminium beam structure and shrink wrap covering, fully enclosing the pitched roof of a multi-storey building. This allows uninterrupted re-roofing works despite adverse weather, protecting both the internal workspace and contractor teams. The system was designed and certified in compliance with all health and safety and structural requirements, allowing the project to remain on schedule.

Internal Scaffolding

Our internal system scaffolding comprises prefabricated modular elements with latch-based connections, enabling a rapid, safe, and compliant solution for indoor access in commercial properties. These systems can be configured as birdcage scaffolds, crash decks, or rolling towers fitted with guardrails and stair treads. The modular design ensures quick assembly, minimal disruption in occupied areas, and adaptability to confined spaces. Each system is fully designed to comply with UK safety regulations and is suitable for tasks like emergency lighting installation, ducting, ceiling maintenance and inspection.

Our traditional tube and fitting internal scaffolding offers bespoke solutions for complex indoor access needs. Designed and installed by CISRS-qualified teams, these scaffolding structures provide safe, rigid platforms within atriums, stairwells, lobbies, or beside high glazing. With fully engineered drawings and risk assessments included, the system is constructed using modular steel tubes, precision couplers, deck boards, toe boards, and handrails. Traditional scaffolding is perfect for scenarios where flexibility and structural support are essential—such as painting interiors, installing architectural features, or accessing HVAC systems above ceiling heights.

A private homeowner required safe access to a vaulted ceiling for lighting replacement and decorative works within a high-end residential property. Due to the presence of high-value furnishings and delicate finishes, our team took careful consideration in the planning and execution of the scaffolding setup.

We installed internal system scaffolding with full floor protection, non-marking components, and strategically positioned access to avoid any contact with sensitive surfaces. Additional care was taken throughout to prevent dust, damage, or disruption to the living space.

The works were completed to a high standard, with minimal intrusion and complete client satisfaction.

System Scaffolding

Our system scaffolding provides a fast, safe, and versatile access solution for both internal and external works. The modular design ensures a consistent build with fewer components, reducing set-up time and minimising disruption. Ideal for projects in sensitive or high-value environments, we deliver clean, precise installations with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and protection of finishes.

We were engaged by a high-value commercial client to provide access for scheduled remedial work on a building elevation. System scaffolding was selected for its quick installation, neat appearance, and minimal contact with the building façade.

Due to the property’s sensitive surroundings, including glazed curtain walling and stone detailing, our team took additional measures to prevent damage. Foam padding, non-marking base plates, and temporary surface protection were applied to all contact points. Work areas were kept clean at all times, and access was coordinated around client operations.

The scaffold was completed on time, with no disruption to the building or occupants, and praised for its professional appearance and minimal footprint.
